NEW YORK CITY, NY  - According to Las Vegas bookmakers, Leo Machuchal is the favored candidate to win the 2009 contest for “The Worst Halloween Costume in the World.” 

The First Prize is a date with Britney Spears.  Second Prize a seat of steak knives. Third Prize, you’re fired.
